International Energy Conservation Code – IEEC
The energy code in Texas required for commercial buildings and for low-rise residential buildings (three stories or less). EAPM can ensure you are compliant with IEEC requirements as well as Houston and other region-specific codes.
Energy Rating Index – HERS
The ERI exists as an option for builders to comply with the IRC or IEEC , also as part of some loans support documentation by meeting a target HERS score.
